Data collection on our sites


When you visit our sites, we record the following data in a Common Log format :

  • the returned HTTP code;

We collect this technical information in order to detect possible problems, such as the disappearance of a page or an attempted denial of service attack . We also use them to better understand our referencing, by identifying the visits made by indexing robots . These data are kept for 12 months.   • your email address.

Your pseudonym is (necessarily) public. Your email address is hidden, but you can allow other members to contact you through a personal contact form. Your password is encrypted and salted in such a way that it is impossible for us to consult it.

All this data is kept as long as you are registered, such as the date of creation of your account, which you can view on your profile. When you connect to our sites, we associate your IP address with your session ID, in order to prevent certain security risks. When you log out, or when your session expires, we delete your IP address.

When you post a comment, your IP address is associated with the content. We intend to eliminate this collection, or at least strongly limit its duration in time. Data collection in our app


When you use our app, we save a unique ID in your device's local keychain, to facilitate possible reinstallation.

On iOS, data for some functions is saved to your iCloud account using CloudKit :

  • choice of vinyls;

  • choice of reading;

This data is then processed solely for the purpose of improving our modern Jukebox and our Disquenoir application.

Data collection for our newsletters


If you are not registered with our site, you must provide us with your email address to subscribe to our newsletters. If you are registered with our sites, we will send our newsletters to the email address linked to your account. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you participate in one of our surveys, we record your IP address in order to prevent multiple votes. This collection is not crossed with others, and is not subject to any additional processing.
